    Basswipe's Bullet

    2004 21XD BULLET white w/h blue pins
250 Pro XB Mercury Outboard w/h TM gearcase and 1.75:1 gears
    15" Powder Coated Rapid Jack(Blue)
    Minn Kota 74 Maxxum Troller
    LMS 320 (Console) X-87 (Bow)
    26" and 27" Trophy Props

With the 26" Trophy I can run 83.5 loaded with 47 gallons of fuel and gear @ 6150 RPMs
With the the 27" Trophy I have run 84.5 with full tanks and gear @ 6000 RPMs (I've played with this setup very little)

I'm pretty sure I could add 1 MPH with each prop playing with motor height and more RPMs. If you add a second person on either setup I loose 1 MPH.

Discipline is the key, if you can't hack it, pack it!

    2001 20XD COMP hull
    2002 225 ProMax
12" rapidjack with 2 inch spacers for 14 inch setback
27 trophy 1 1/4 above pad, 23 psi at WOT
Light load, me(180lbs.) 1/2 gas, light fish load, and 50 lbs. balast the high speed pick-up(speedo) is kicking up at 87-88 mph. 2 people with fishing load 85 mph.
I think the boat is capable of 90 mph if I raise motor a little and run light. Turning the 27 trophy at 6400 rpm now, at 1 3/4-2" above pad i'm guess 6600-6700 rpm.

Re: List Your Bullet Set-ups and Performance Numbers... (omega)

    01 21 X.D.
    01 250 X.B.
    14' Rapid Jack
    27' Trophy

I have ran it at 85.1 G.P.S. on a 45 degree day with a half tank of gas and a tournament load. On any given day with me and my partner it will run in the 80-83 range. And we aint little guys either. Haven't messed with the set-up much. It was set up by woodland marine (edit). You really get it with a excellent set-up from those guys. Dont know where the motor height is. But it holds 15psi of water pressure and runs 6200 R.P.M. with the occasional hitting of the limiter. I think maybe a 28 Trophy might be what I need?

Re: List Your Bullet Set-ups and Performance Numbers... (Bulleteer)

This is the first Bullet my dad owned.

    1979 Brooks Bullet tri hull w/ 1978 140 inline 6 Merc
    6" Highjacker jackplate 1-1/2 below pad turning a 23 Stiletto 5900 @ 61 mph.
The boat was Tennessee orange and grey.

Wished I still had the old Bullet. Had my senior pictures took with it. Will post more pics of this oldiebut goodie when I can find them.

Re: List Your Bullet Set-ups and Performance Numbers... (Bulleteer)

    1993 20XRD (hull weight is around 1050)
    200XRI Merc, bone stock
1.25 below the pad with top 2 holes plugged on water intakes
Motorguide hand controlled TM with ProKontroll

Up until a couple of weeks ago, the fastest I had ran it was 82.0 with a 28 Ally Cut. Tried a 28 Performer 3 and it ran 83.6 I didnt have much time to play with it and the water/wind conditions were terrible. I hope to get the chance to play with that prop again soon.
