Has anyone had any exp with these manual or electrical trailer backers to position your trailer in a garage. One that hooks to and raises the tounge.

If it's a tandem axle trailer, use the hydraulic wheel dollies to lift one set of tires off the ground. I always put my go jaks on the front tires and I move mine around really easily.

Try this little trick I learned a long time ago, when manuevering dual axle trailer in the garage.

    1. When you back the trailer into the garage and basically are as far as you can go w/o hitting anything, remove the trailer from the vehicle.

    2. lower the tonge all the way down and tilt the motor down almost all the way down.

    3. Now hopefully with the motor down and the tonge all the way down the boat will balance over the front tires of the trailer.

    4. now you can rotate the boat on the two tires instead of all four and it works like a charm, as long as your boat is center over the front tires.

    5. You might just want to try this little trick and see what you think. I use it for mine since I have to angle mine diagonally in my garage to get it to fit.

    Rear Trailer Roller?

I need help getting my boat in a garage that is about 3 ft too short (front to rear). It will fit diagonally with no problem, but maneuvering the tongue left and right is limited by the garage door frames. Does anyone know of a roller/jack that allows you to lift the rear of the trailer and slide it to the left or right? I am thinking of some kind of heavy duty caster / roller frame that the rear of the trailer would be lifted up and rested on. Basically, I am looking to put the rear in as far as I can, then slide it left or right and pushing it back into the corner.....

I was looking at auto dollies, but that would require me to jack up each side, place the dolly under, lower, etc.... THESE ARE AWESOME! THANKS STEVE!
