It's a problem when you get into the mid and upper 60s range....something you have to learn drive to avoid!! Powdercoater...is that what you do?

Yeah and the type of hull on the boat also has a lot to do with it. Some do it more than others.

There are things you can do to help minimize the chine walk....if you have a jack plate, the higher you can get the motor and still keep good water pressure, the less it will walk. The prop can make a difference also. Give Mark, on the prop board a shout and he can work his magic. Throw is weight distribution and some construtive seat time and you'll have the problem solved in no time. Good luck!!
