I'm not active duty but I am a disabled vet, and I have identification. Would I qualify to enter the tournament? Thanks.....

If your identification allows you to shop at the commissary then you are good to go. Basically if you qualify for MWR benefits, you qualify for the tournament. And only one team member needs the military id.

What do you think of a Facebook page or group being created for the annual tournament? I don't mind initiating it. Maybe be a good way to pass the word on to those who aren't familiar with these forums and a good way to connect with sponsors. Of course I don't know who is ultimately responsible for the event and could give the thumbs up/down on this.

Re: TWENTIETH ANNUAL USCG ARMED FORCES OPEN TEAM BASS TOURNAMENT (JayLaw)

I'll get in touch with him; I just didn't want to come up with an idea and put the work on someone else. My idea, my burden unless someone REALLY insists! Haven't talked to Keith yet, I had sent him an email Thurs. and was out of pocket all Friday. Probably a message waiting on me. Are you staying at the campground as well? We reserved a camper from Macdill AFB. They had 1 left when I called and only 2 campsites left at the State Park for those days. They are going QUICK. Heads up to anyone who plans on showing up and "finding" a camp site or calling the week before.

Where can I pull off the actual message? Would like it as documentation to utilize PTAD vs. leave when I come down there. Can't wait.

Thanks. I went there and it said that I had not participated in a conversation for over five days. I did not see any email address. Could you resend and I will check again. Or, is there some other place I should look once in there??
