Here's some cool Boulders I captured last week. I really like to compare the Sonars in the 3 Way Split look at how well the 2D sonar shows the rocks and details of the rocks and do not "blow out" the 2D sonar Readings like some 2D systems. I love the SI but it's nice to use the 3 Way to learn all the same data is in the SI once you learn that you can use Full SI to learn even more about the images and use more screen to have larger data displayed and not waste screen space to display data that you don't need to use.

I believe those were some crappies...got some hits but nothing really hooked up. Crappies were my assumption anyway...could have been gills.

I think this one was from earlier this year, or late last year. Was digging through pics again today.

Boat has been down for about 2 mo with LU off. Hope to have it back next week. I will be going out taking pics just to post on here pretty soon.

I did this snapshot yesterday to post on a follow up discussion on another web site to illustrate how the range setting is used to make stuff look larger. I had posted that same pile with the 50' range setting I usally use while fishing. Of course I had fished it from casting distance before passing over it for the shot and caught about a dozen small bass and got a few crappie hits with plastic worms before they stopped hitting.
From my bow unit with SI transducer on the trolling motor. Enhance Sharpness set to Low.

That's some great details and another great example of SI on the trolling motor.

Can anyone tell me what you see on the images. I think this is a boat dock, but not for sure.

The photo of the foundation on Kentucy Lake is identical to something I have marked on Wheeler. The paper maps states that their are old house foundations "in the area" but some of the older fishermen around that I know fish it often tell me a coal barge sank there years ago? It looks IDENTICAL TO THE PHOTO, except mine is longer and it has a round "well" looking thing out beside the foundation like it may have been an old house and a well. Any ideas on what exactly you think it is DV?
