I'm gonna guess a "Fire Plug." It is pretty hard and looks like it is burried in concrete.
With the hard bottom return, I would guess a roadbed going up and down the hill with a bridge at the bottom of a hill. The bridge is about 15' long.
You all guess way to fast! It's a Bridge with a Thermocline above it, few trees down by the river and some small fishies.

Patience alway pays off !!!!! Bad day of fishing is better then a good day at work !
Doug, is the thermocline in that 2D located between 33 and 40 feet?

Yes the light blue sonar returns are the thermocline. I actually turned the Sensitivity down so I could see details in the Thermocline if not it would show dramatically.
With current software just released I leave surface clutter at 5 and adjust sensitivity to provide the details I need or want to see. Normally adjust clear mode a hair more and Max Mode down to be able to see all the details. You can freeze the screen and adjust to the level you prefer to get the data you need.
