    isolator removal???

    screws just spin on my gatormount/triton. have new isolators, how do i get the old ones out?

    Take the front face plate off, reach under and hold the isolator with channel locks, then unscrew from the top. The screw is rusted to the nut

    I removed an old Motorguide..the isolators just came apart got one out three are still in the hull how do I remove them?

    Never mind...I drilled them out...it was quite easy

    We seldom use these isolators. They can be a pain in the a$$ to tighten or loosen.
