I would be cautious of the the "front" battery. In the "charge" world of batteries, .14V makes a lot of difference. As stated before, the eye or indicator is just for that cell that it is above, but if it showing red, it can mean that cell is marginal or bad. The one showing black, could have a bad cell other than the one the indicator is on, but in this case, the voltages for it look good.
