    Toilet bowl cleaner will remove the white caulk looking stuff. Apply it let it set for awhile (do not let it dry) wipe it and rinse good. Will work on the hull of your boat also.

    Windex with vinegar!!! I have tried most others, this works the best and the easiest.

    Will also remove the bluing from your shotgun barrel if need be.
