I loosened the bolts holding motor to jackplate on drivers side and removed to install plate.
Loose plate on other side and install spacer, you may need a line up tools to move motor up and down.
Retighten motor bolts to factory torque. Mount Powerpole to bracket.
Mount hydraulic pump bracket.
Mount hydraulic pump.
Connect lower end of hydraulic ram.
Drilled 2 holes for hydraulic lines. Used supplied bushing in holes. Ran lines into bilge of boat.
Connect lines to pump.
Connect lines to hydraulic ram.
Secure blue line to ram using wire ties.
Install electrical components. I have the remote installed.
Make electical connections per instructions, fill hydraulic pump with fluid and follow instructions to purge air from lines. Add more fluid if necessary and you're done.
I did this in about 4 hours, could probably do another one in about 2.5 hours. I spent a good deal of time deciding how I wanted to mount components.
