I've been lucky enough to have caught three over ten. Almost all in the same year.
My first was a 10.31 which came in December of 2012.
My second was a 12.08 a few months later in the spring of 2013.
and My third was 11.82 during a a little mid week jackpot tourney.

I got one,10.4, have lost a couple that were bigger..
11.9 is my best but I have 9 over 10 lbs. Toho/Kissimmee have some hawgs. I am sure I also had one tied on earlier this year that would have beaten my best but as luck would have it, she came off...... DANG!!!

YES,10 1/2 on May 29,1987 on a White "STRIKE KING" spinner bait in a North Florida Barrow Pit with Bluebird Skies 4 foot of water on the outside edge of some Lilly Pads.Have caught many 8 plus pound Bass since since but nothing larger than that 10 1/2 since then.Looking to break that streak this year & VERY soon!
