If you want a pig, flip a jig!!!
the fog is on inside of gauge? If so it has moisture and you need to dry inside of gauge out. Possibly untwist the light and use a hair dryer and if fog goes away than make sure you have a rubber gasket or something to prevent future moisture inside of gauge
My smartcraft gauges turned yellow and cloudy and I wet sanded them with 1200 grit,(VERY LIGHTLY) and then buffed them with blue coral headlight restore, and they dont look new but I can read them now.
Any more tips? Mine aren't cloudy but etched?
Try rubbing compound and a Mr Clean Magic Eraser. I do this on headlights and it clears them up with very little abrasive.

If they are plastic lenses, you can polish them (variety of products and methods to do so - a buffing pad and polishing compound makes short work of it).
But they will get hazy again, and you'll need to re-polish them continuously, unless you apply some type of UV protectant. And that typically needs to be re-applied every few months to be effective.
Search the internet - there are threads about applying clear spar urethane (with UV protection) thinned with mineral spirits as an inexpensive UV coating, that's easy to apply without spraying - and lasts for years.
