    WWM Claim Review

    I filled my first claim a few weeks back. I really cannot believe how painless and professional this was handled. I got caught out in some bad water and took a roller over the bow. I called in the damage after the weigh in on Sat. Bob called me Sunday to talk things over with me. The adjuster called at 09:00 Monday. All I can say is WOW. What outstanding customer service. The adjuster was great. Always a phone call away with any questions I had. No hassles or low balling! I would like to say thanks to Bob and my adjuster James for making a bad situation a positive experience. If you are looking to change carriers this is a no brainier...... Do It.

    Michael, I glad to here this. I pride myself in customer service but I also have to depend on my companies to help. I have said this here before. If the policy is done correctly in the first place the whole claim process is simple. I hope we can share a boat one day. Good luck on the water. Thanks agian. Bob Luellen
