    FISH PICS POSTED HERE!!!

Hello my favorite folk (originally from Janesville myself)!! Why don't you guys use this as a picture forum that could stay at the top of the page and you could post to is your big fish pics of WI fish? A lot of other state boards have one and its fun to post your catch and we get to see what each other look like in some pics... Here is a a pic of my brother-in-laws and I this summer with our Pike limit from the Fox River by Puckaway (I'm on the left).

Great idea! I made the thread "sticky" so it won't go away. Some more pics would be cool!

Re: FISH PICS POSTED HERE!!! (wiRangerguy)

This is one of the two 5 lb. bass that I caught on High Falls flowage in early August, 2006. It was a day to remember. I caught the first fish, which I decided to get mounted. I put it in the livewell, and trolled back to the same spot. On the next cast or two, I tied into another fish about the same size (pictured). The first fish was a tad bit longer, but the second one had a little more girth. I ended up letting the first one go and kept the second fish. I didn't feel too bad about keeping the fish, since I did let one of the big ones go. Stupid me never got a picture holding both fish at once, though I do have pictures of each fish seperately.

It was a great experience, as I had my 13 year old son at the time with me and he got to net both fish. He was as excited as I was.

My first 5 pounder caught last year at the in-laws cabin near Chetek....

And the second just a few days after....

A nice one caught on Whitewater earlier this summer. I fished a small Tx on it this June and found that there are some hogs in that lake! It's my new local go-to lake, replacing Beulah in E.T. where I grew up, which IMO is too expensive and crowded now.

Here's my current personal best, caught a just few days ago at the cabin - 5lb 14oz.....
