    Kerr

Myself and friend went fun fishing yesterday and had a blast. Weather was great and the bite was on. We went into Rudds and fished the front half of the creek. My 1st fish went 4.67 and his went 6.49 (per berkley digital). We caught 9 keepers (14" or better) in all. The big fish both came off a Booyah Chartreuse spinner bait w/ Gold colorodo blade. All other fish came from Cooper perch colored crankbaits. Total weight for the day, alittle over 24 lbs.

Water was anywhere from 48 to 52 degrees, but with this weather this week it should be up some. All the fish we caught were in about 4-6 ft of water in Bushes. Look for bushes with trees in the middle of them, we seemed to have better luck fishing those. Good luck

the water level right now is 304, your still going to find them in the bushes. There were still alot of bushes that were very shall. I myself have done real well with the water this high.

    Thanks,
Changed plans and going to Smith Mountain instead. I figured I'll hit Buggs in May w/the Rally. May go down mid to late April as well.
