Club Tourney 5-31-08. HOT!! 1st place was 8.2, caught on top secret brush piles in 17ft of water. 2nd place had 7+ lbs, on piers, I believe...everyone else struggled to catch one or two. Several short fish were caught. I had one keeper on a spinnerbait early, with 2 short strikes...caught some shorts on rattletraps early, but then they shut down completely. Everyone fishing at their piers seemed to be doing good on catfish.

I suck at the river during the summer!
