    Baldwin Lake Help

    Plan on going Sat and never been there. Any tips?

    Its been pretty tough this year....start at the hot water discharge area and go south along the east rock bank. may need to throw a fluke or jerk bait to start with...but if they seem to bite good, go to a crank bait.

    The fishing is always best when they are generating power. Look at the stacks when you get there. Given the temp forecast they probly will not be producing much power due to low demand to heat homes. If that is the case you probly will have a tough bite. There is current at 2 discharge locations I would go there first. Try a rattle trap, and you can always flip your favorite plastic at the rip rap.
    If it is windy please be careful, That lake gets real dangerous when it blows !
