I put in at Rocky Point. I found a good number of heads running backs of pockets thursday but couldn't find them again on sat. but still had a 9lb mixed bag limit.. We just couldn't get any big bites

we went back to pyne caught fish all day friday mostly buck bass but they were fun to catch[img][/img]
Went crappie fishing last weekend and caught about 20. Was best around the yellow jacket bridge around 11 pm. Lots of dinks but pulled out a few nice slabs. Have been hearing good reports about the crappie fishing due to the warmer weather. I have to say its pretty good so far! We've spent several days last year and this year putting out some trees. I'll let ya know if they produce this year!
My buddy thumped another good at westpoint sunday this one was the biggest but we caught plenty of the buck bass all in all a good day
Coming up next week to meet my son and fish,half way for both of us. anyone share a few baits to try ? we will fish Fri and Sat.

Yeah Billy I was there, had an ok tournament for West Point. Was surprised by the number of 4-6 LB fish caught.
Same here Tony. I caught a bunch of fish up and down the lake. My best fish was only 2 3/4. Everything else was smaller spots.
