I've been 3 times in the last week and caught about 10 fish total (including two catfish, a HUGE crappie, and a couple of ninja perch).
On the plus side, I've seen about 25 teal and a plethora of geese........come on fall!!!

Them fish are bad confused right now. Flow dropped from 85 to 45 in two days and they dropped the level a bit. Spent a couple of hours this evening in the Little Rock pool fishing jetties - caught about a 6 lb. drum - no bass. I hear they're still in the backwater.

I was fishing Dierks about a week ago...me and a buddy were fishing points with spinnerbaits and had caught a couple of kentuckys and thought we might had found a few. Well my my buddy set the hook HARD...I thought he really had something..so I went to the back and he pulled up a perch that was not bigger than my cell phone...lol. It almost looked like a trailer on the spinnerbait...lol
Not tonight. I'll probably start in the next week or two...
if you want to catch some fish head to nimrod straight up hwy 10. we had a tourney there last saturday and caught 75 head No Kidding. Not huge fish but you can literally catch fish all day. took 17lbs to win.
When Nimrod is on - there's no place better. Were you fishing the river or lake points?
