I have spent alot of time fishing in the cold but dang if it was down right brutal today hunting....21 degrees this morning with a wind chill factor of 10 degrees and blowing 15-20......anybody else try there luck today on the outside? If you were on Gaston I know it was cold....I was less than 10 miles from it.

I spent about 20 minutes at the car wash vaccuming my truck out.....fingers about fell off!!!!! Gonna be colder tommorrow!!!!!!!!!

I use to love to duck hunt in weather like this. Nothing was better than boat spray freezing when it hit your coat or your waders freezing to the bottom of the boat. Not anymore though, the older I get the more I dislike the cold.

I'm glad I went on Fri. and not today.

I spent the day replaceing the belts on my Suburban ( Outdoors ) took 3 hours should have took about 45 minutes.

9 freakin hours outside at the fire training center preparing for live burns this coming week.

Darn right it was cold yesterday. I don't think I have ever seen a hunting season this wet and nasty. Yesterday was as brutal as I remember. I have enjoyed hunting this year but I am so glad it's over. I am stove up this morning.

Well, I got 2 of them 3 habits.........and none of mine have divets

Where I was at this morning is about 20-25 miles north of gaston off 46, and it was 16 deg outside with a 30+ mph wind when I woke up
