Hey,
Two quick questions for the knowledgeable peeps around here.

1. Will a GT54UHD work with this unit or should I get a GT52?
2. Is $180 for a GT54UHD a good price?

Dont have one , but looks to me like a 54 wont work , and no I wouldn't pay more than 100

1. The GT54 will work but unit must have the correct update for it to work. With that ducer you can only use 455kHz on side vu and 840kHz on down vu. In my opinon, its still better than the GT52.
2. Nope....you can get them on here anywhere from $80 to $120.....

Per Garmin site my options are GT15,20, 21, 22, 23, 30, 51 and 52. I am looking through the for sale page for a GT54 now.

I’ve got a GT 54 new in the package I’d sell for $100.00 or a used one for $75.00.
I took the GT 54 off my boat when I upgraded to a GT56.
