    Something a little different

Went to one of my wife's horse shows on Saturday to get a few photos of her and her horses. Always interesting to shoot something different than the wildlife I normally do.

These shots are the trainer, Bill, riding one of my wifes mares. The mare had been out of shows for 2 years having 2 foals. This was her first run back in the right.

Reminds me of Mom and Dad's racking horse.....Gypsy was a tru tenn-walker around 15 hands high.......grand kids would be told to just sit straight and let her have her head.....sooooo many blue ribbons.....

These are Reined Cow Horses, have to do a reining pattern then the cow work. Interesting combo of events.
