New Ghost

Out of the box can’t get the Mount to open. Followed instructions and it will not open. So frustrating. Seems to always be a glitch with Lowrance.

Sounds like you didn’t push the flapper/tab down, like the instructions said to do.

The spring doesn’t budge when I pull the cord. I think the little piece on the end of the pull cord is jammed.

Is it in the stowed position or the deployed position ? Mounted or just on the ground ? You may have to push DOWN on the mount and then pull on the cord.
