I have an AS GPS HS receiver mounted on the transom and connected to my Helix 10 at the console to receive both GPS and Heading data. If I connect the Helix 10 to a Helix 9 at the bow with an Ethernet cable, will I be able to use ONLY the AS GPS HS Heading Data for the Helix 9, or will it automatically use both the GPS and Heading data? I want to use the GPS data coming from the Helix 9, not the AS GPS HS receiver. Thanks.

No, you cannot use Heading separate from GPS with Helix units.
