1992 150 Johnson fast Strike fuel issue

I've never had an issue with this motor start, I wrnt on a Thursday fired right up, came to the lake Saturday all crank no start.

I spray starter fluid in the butterflies and vrooom... drive and stop to fish. Vroom Ect for the rest of the day. Just the first start is the problem. I'm going to change out the gas bulb. I can here the choke clicking but not sure if it's spraying. I'm curious if it's the solenoid or the fuel pump. My expertise is at its end.. any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Primer solenoid is on a separate feed from the fuel bracket, you can disconnect the hose to either side of the intake and have an assistant push in on the ignition key to verify fuel flow from the solenoid.
