No depth readings

I’m on the water and have no depth reading on either graph. Hds live on bow elite fs on console. Linked with a cable. I e tried everything. Any ideas.

Check the data sources for correct source checked, Turn off all stop sonar on sonar, AT and structure scan, To test the ethernet connection save a waypoint on one unit and does it save on the other if yes then your good if not then you have a bad cable or its not connected properly to work. To get to data sources, pages, settings, network, data sources

Check the module and see if it has power and that the yellow wire is connected as it should.
Assuming that your AT is the first generation, make sure the module and your unit is running the latest software.
