    Isle of Man TT

I have watched these races for years and it still amazes me. I don't know who has the bigger stones, the riders or the spectators rubber necking on the edge of the road!!

I would love to visit that place and watch the races. I couldn't imagine hitting 200on those little roads.

A good friend of mine has raced there.

Titanium stones is putting it mildly.

    I saw today
John Mcquinness has the number one plate this year
Should be some great racing, Michael should break Joey's all time win record
And I'd love to see John win one or 2 more races

Those guys are the definition of Adrenaline Junkie.
Pretty much stopped watching all motorsports except Isle of Man TT, because to me nothing else compares.
But - it got cancelled for a couple years during covid, then we started streaming cheap stuff and I don't get the channel now. Bummer.

269 fatalities since the racing started in 1907 averaging almost 3 riders per year dying during practice or the race. I met a guy who has been going for many years to watch them.

Isle of man which is small island that sits in the Irish Sea between England and Ireland. Guys get killed every year racing there.

The sidecar races are cool too.

To add to the other reply, the course circumnavigates the island, going from the town roads to the outskirts and then up over the mountain and back into town. 6 laps for superbike 4 laps superstock and supersport. Refueling and pit stops; Motors blow up along the way, and they are known to outrun the TV helicopter thru the mtn course.
Superbike is the king daddy; superstock is also good; battle of the twins and sidecar are cool too.

One of my goals every time I can watch it is to try to understand what Michael Dunlop is saying in his interviews.

The only ones crazier than the pilots are the monkeys.
