i've got a 2019 198 with a 225 pro xs with a 24p fury and i'm only getting 58-60 mph and 5200-5400, i had d and r sports make sure the hotfoot was getting 100% throttle too, idk if thats normal or it should be going faster i do have 3 12 inch graphs at the bow though.

Before changing props or setup, take all three units off the front and take a test drive. Do you have lithium batteries? If so, add at least a couple of sandbags to the rear compartments. That will let you know if it's you motor or set up that needs to be looked at. Don't start fixing anything until you determine what is probably the cause.
