    Surprise 40th birthday party...opening the bar early.

    9 years ago around this time we found out my wife had breast cancer. It wasn't easy on her to battle but she won and 9 years later we are celebrating her 40th birthday. I have been planning a surprise party for a couple weeks now. Tons of work and spent a lot of money but totally worth it. I don't think she has any idea but it's getting harder to keep it a secret with all the food and drinks I have stashed around the house. Lots of friends and family coming over tonight and then tomorrow (her actual birthday) is a nice quiet dinner at one of her favorite restaurants. Drinks are on me tonight

    Both my sisters are breast cancer survivors…thankful everyday for them.
