    Humminbird Helix 9 chirp SI GPS G2N

    good evening all, i stalled a new to me helix g2. trying to get it dialed in. how do these pics look and do you think the install is good or can
    be adjusted to be better. thanks for any feedback. just trying to get the best possible scans.

    Looks good! The longer you have the range set the more the definition gets stretched out, but looks very good. JMO Bob

    The G4 has SI+ with a new transducer. It gives you more range and a stronger signal, but it isn't a night & day difference.

    Make it a 12”G4 you should see more and more clearly as well. G4 also gives you access to the newest features. JMO Bob

    Got it. Thank you for the feedback. The pics look good to me but I didn’t
    have anything to compare them to. Mostly fish less than 10’ in stained south Louisiana waters and trying to get the
    Best images I can.
