    Trailer grease seals.

posted in the trailer section as well.
Anyone know where to get these seals from a reputable company that’s not charging an excessive amount. I’ve found them anywhere from 7.05 to 25.00 a piece but not sure about the companies selling at a cheaper price because of some bad reviews on line. I found some on the cheaper end but once I put them in my cart, they wanted 25.00 for shipping. I’ve been searching off and on for about a week.

Yep. Also prefer the wider ones as well. The ones I pulled out were the slimmer ones , I think 1/4”.
Looks like Home Depot can get them. Might try ordering those.

Make sure new ones fit snugly on spindle and no groves in spindle. Then as I have to remind myself, don’t over fill with grease.

Most trailers now have a replaceable spindle sleeve. I would replace those as well

Didn’t realize those were replaceable on mine until I saw them on the sites I was searching for seals. I’ll get them next time. I already replaced the seals and was looking to replenish my inventory.

I'm not for certain but Timken bearings might not be manufactured where you think they are.

I assumed they were made in the US, my U.S. made Shorelandr trailer uses Timken bearings, sorry CRAWFW. I hear Amazon sells counterfeit products from China, is anything made in North America ?

Any local auto parts store should have these. They can cross any part number over to what they carry. Napa, Carquest or O'Rilleys, Advance, Auotzone.

Thanks for all the suggestions. I know they’re out there but harder to find than the more common/newer seals. And the price variation was just nuts in my opinion.
I do still use Timken. It is a bummer not much you can buy is made where you hoped. Although things are made in China, the companies that source from there hopefully try to hold them to a certain standard. I know first hand they will take shortcuts/use inferior or counterfeit materials if they think they can get away with it.
Our company busted them putting counterfeit material in our raw material.
