    Smoking Kielbasa question

    Going to smoke some fresh kielbasa, never did it before. Should I use a water pan or not? The rest as far as temp etc... I have a good idea on what to do, just the water pan question I am not sure about. TIA.

    I did some last week. Put them in at 220 for 1.5 hours. They weren’t cooked through but I finished them up in the oven on Sunday for brunch. No water pan.
