Got the boat home yesterday afternoon and started the tear down to get the electronics installed.

Phoenix sets these up pretty well. 10 gauge at the bow and 10 Gauge at the console. Pretty easy to run cables from the console to the bow. It takes me longer to figure out were things go then it does to do the install. Quest shaft size bigger. Ordered the over sized mount from K &K customs. I should have everything done tomorrow other than the mount.

I don’t know how new this is but Phoenix has added a panel on the starboard locker. This allows you to mount the box on the right side of the locker without putting a hole in the side of your boat. Thats were I mounted mine for now. The box doesn’t fit as flush to the panel as I would like. I may move it!

Im digging the Ionic 12v 125. My garmin’s were showing 13V at the bow.

Did you put all four screws in your GLS10 box? Mines only has the top two screws.

Same. That’s why I may move it or design a mount that follows that contour.

Love my 818! Big enough for me and what I want to do with it. Catches fish and is super comfortable.

looks like it, I have Royal and Steel. Had Royal and silver on last. Black ice pins on both.

Main color is Galaxy ice. Then Royal blue with silver pins. Black ice logo stripe. Chrome Phoenix logo. Pictures don’t capture the Galaxy ice colors. Absolutely stunning in the sun. Took this photo today after break in and a few hours fishing. This boat has met or exceeded my expectations. The only problem was a defective horn. Mike at LCM shipped me a new one today.

What size width is your dual BoatEFX mount? I added the dual vinyl bow mount on my phoenix order. Think I'm going to call the shop tomorrow and see if they can remove it from the order and just get this instead.

You can use the 18 or 24 inch width. The 18 inch model is the one I bought. It fits perfect as you can see.

I drilled an 1 1/2” hole in the footpedal tray on the starboard side to bring all the wires through.

Funny, just saw this post. Was just over at Last Chance today had seen Mike and asked if they had delivered your boat. He kind of looked funny at me until I had told him about seeing one of your earlier posts about Last Chance. I believe you'll like the 818. I do with one exception in that I can never seem to get many chances to use it.

Im loving it so far. That 175 Merc makes it a quick boat. I have Domed (chrome ) hull numbers to match the Phoenix logo from Iguana graphics on the way.
Mike and Lynn are super easy to work with.
