Transferring waypoints from 1198 to helix 12 gen 4?

I exported my waypoints from 1198 onto the SD card. (the card is 16Gb and functioned fine in the 1198). I installed the new Helix 12G4. I powered the helix 12 on, and inserted the card after the unit was booted up and running. There was no prompt to download the waypoints/routes.

Unfortunately my unit did come with an instruction book. Any ideas?

Use your computer to see if there a folder named matrix on the card and look inside that folder to see if there is a file named DATA.HWR and any .HT files for any tracks you may have. If there is no folder or files in the folder, then your 1198 did not export to the card. Also check for an "encrypt.txt" file on the card. The newer units automatically write that file to the card. It is best to remove the card from the unit for a few seconds once it has written the encrypt.txt file, THEN reinsert the card & the menu to load your data should come up.

Do you have the MATRIX folder on the memory card?
Should have a Profile folder also.
