    Fuse selection guidelines

Hello all, I am about to upgrade my fuse panel & wiring on a 82' ranger 350.

I believe it's the factory fuse block & most likely has random fuses inserted to get by.

Is there a good reference sheet / thread for selecting the fuses for various circuits?

Bilge pumps, livewell, fuel level, etc?

    Thanks, aby

Fuse selection should be based on AWG size, length, voltage and current draw. 2 references for your oerusal:

You fuse to protect the wire itself. Make sure you use appropriate marine grade wire. Plenty of wire charts online to guide you on rewiring.
