    Boat Dancing

How many of you guys run from the front of the boat to the back screaming it's barely hook, stay on girl only to sit in the seat. Grab said fish and palm smack the single point hook out. Guess it makes for good TV but if I did it I'd break a hip or be in the lake with the fish

Treat others like you want to be treated when on the water EVEN WHEN IN A TOURNAMENT! No fish is worth having a confrontation because you cut someone off or came in on top of someone.

What would bass fishing competitions been like had John McEnroe been a bass fisher

I can see it already, cussing at sponsors, snapping fishing poles and tossing them at the camera crews, yelling at the fish for not being big enough, yelling at the weight scale master for scales not being accurate etc etc etc.

We do it all the time if it isn't a tournament and a buddy is within viewing distance.

Somehow any pains are gone and moving around the boat is no issue. No hollering unless I'm in the back of my buds Skeeter without a center console. It got me before even though I know the layout. Down Goes Frazier! Down Goes Frazier!

Um, that's what a net is for, so I don't have to look like an idiot running around the boat.

Kyle Patrick is the new maniac that runs around like crazy. If I tried to land fish like that I'd lose about half of them lol. I don't understand why more guys don't land fish from the seats.

Well I've never had a camera in my boat so I'm not sure how to reply to this thread

I don’t do that idiotic Ike crap. My deck is long enough to land any fish I catch.

I view this as a very good tactic to land a fish. Remember David Fritts back in the day? He always did that. When you start changing the direction you are pulling the fish then that changes the angle the hook is. You can rip the fishes mouth and make the hook much easier to pop out. Every time you move the rod into a different position you are changing that hook's angle. Steve Kennedy is the worse at moving the fish back and forth like a figure 8 and he also probably loses more fish than anyone else I can remember.

That’s a whole different kind of dancing! I was trolling a bank one time with a buddy and had some real low over hanging trees that reached out pretty far. Well one of them had a hornets nest about 2’ above our heads with the biggest bunch of pissed off bee’s ever was. It didn’t take long to look like a break dancing competition!

We ain't talking about Mark Davis. He's as nonchalant as can be landing a fish.

I go where the fish takes me, and rarely does that involve leaving the front deck.

I've had to replace my carpet three times because it was worn completely out right down the middle from TM to outboard
