Were any records set this year?
I will be surprised if the attendance record was broken. It was a great turnout but seemed down a bit.
All in all it was a good Classic from my vantage point but I doubt it broke the record.
You know who will click bait that about you know what.
I thought the expo was pretty light both Friday and Saturday.

There was a lot of Pros from years past that was not there..
distance from the lake to the expo doesn't help

Not a good sign that Pure Fishing was not there. They used to be huge with the classic and we’re not even existence.
I thought the expo was great. Still like 200+ booths there. Was busy, spread out. Lot of the pros were accessible.
"The man of system is apt to be very wise in his own conceit; and is often so enamored with the supposed beauty of his own ideal plan of government that he cannot suffer the smallest deviation from any part of it…He seems to imagine that he can arrange the different members of a great society with as much ease as the hand arranges the different pieces upon a chessboard.” Adam Smith, The Theory of Moral Sentiments
Go Pro, Geico, Shimano, Pure fishing, and Hobie Kayaks were some of the brands that had a big presence at the show in the past that were not there. It was a great show, and I really enjoyed it. Good turn out, but not so crowded that you couldn't move around.
Team Enigma Fishing
I honestly am still amazed GoPro stays in business. Their stock is in the toilet.
Pure Fishing I think is treading water on a default. - https://bassanglermag.com/pure-fishi...mpany-efforts/

A standard booth was $6000. With travel, lodging... it's an expensive endeavor to exhibit.
With the Internet and all the social media platforms, it's no wonder these businesses take a pass. Booth rental is expensive along with all other expenses attached to that endeavor.
Years ago, there used to be a huge boat, sports and travel show here in K.C. that encompassed the entire convention center and was packed for several days. I worked a booth for a couple of local boat dealers. It's non existent now. Dealers got tired of paying the price for a spot because they could draw interest in products through the internet. It just didn't make financial sense to do that anymore.
I suspect the same is happening with the Classic expo
Fort Worth should break the record next year. There is already a lot of buzz about it vendor wise.
Shimano didn't have a booth at the classic?!
