Favorite pancake mix in a bag/box

I just made a few Hungry Jack Buttermilk pancakes and I didn't really care for them. I don't eat them often but I do enjoy a good pan cake. I'm going to have to switch brands.

What brand do you like best?

Do some testing on pan temperature. Fluffy vs dense cakes can make big difference. Even the shakey yellow bottle can be decent when cooked properly.
Hang on. I'll help you in 77 minutes.

Member's Mark for pancakes. We buy the big bag because all the kids and grandkids love Paw Paw's pancakes. I cook them on a flat cast iron pan coated with bacon grease.

For waffles I like Millville Buttermilk Pancake and Waffle mix, it seems to do better making a crispy outside with a fluffy inside. Get it from Aldi's.

A side of Conecuh Hickory Smoked Sausage is great with both.

if I use a mix it is usually Krusteaz but most of the time I make my own mix, and it only only takes five minutes

Trader Joe’s brand is real good as well. Just have to make it like the directions say with the eggs, milk and quite a bit of butter.
