Beautiful car and boat, an here we have people telling others they’re putting everyone on the road at risk if they tow a 19ft boat with a Durango or Explorer

probably a dumb question, but is that really a two-blade prop on that thing? Was the the norm back in the day?

I agree. I like them a lot better than the Tri-5 stuff everyone seems to think is so great.

You need a 1 ton diesel with a 12" lift and 44's for that. And don't forget about the case of energy drinks in the boat cooler, the flat bill hat, the 6 big screens on the boat, and the 20 year loan you can barely afford the minimum payment onAnd make sure you block the ramp for way longer than you need to and have a 20 minute pow wow with your buddy while blocking the ramp when launching and loading so everyone is forced to look at your sparkle sled.

I had a 60 El Camino but always wanted a 59. My wife's grandpa has a gorgeous 59 impala with a 348. He bought it brand new and it has very low miles.

Those old Mercs were very under rated on their HP numbers, racing was a big thing, with several classes. I had a 30HP Merc with the brass prop on a 14ft Switzercraft that would beat much larger HP boats.
