The fish still have to bite. My crappie fishing experience on Friday and Saturday has told me that it is possible to find fish but you still have to figure out how to make them bite. If the goal was to count the number of times that a fish looked at a jig and either swam past or turned around and swim away, I'd have a good chance of winning based on what I watched on my Livescope this weekend.

I have a feeling you're being sarcastic and understand how it works. At least I hope you are considering who you quoted. FFS can make fishing a lot more frustrating because it does a great job showing what ISN'T wanting to bite at any given time.
