    Helix 7 gen 3 prob

    i sent my unit in to be repaired it would not power up. they called yesterday said nothing wrong. before i sent it in i used a ohm meter to check power at the plug 13.2 . The plug still has 13.2 so I tested another unit on it would not work . how could this be ?

    You can get voltage on an inadequate circuit since a voltmeter does not put load on it. One strand of a stranded wire will give you meter voltage but won't run a unit. You probably have a loose connection or poor connection that has so much resistance it can't handle the load of the unit (amps). Re-do your power connection/s.
