Somebody mentioned I hadn't posted a Blackstone cook in a while so

Here is some fried rice, veggies and chicken, shrimp/scallops. Finished with an oyster/ginger sauce

You are responsible for a lot of BBCers purchasing Blackstones and I’m one of them

Thanks for all the creative culinary ideas over the years

Other than the additional cooking surface on a Blackstone or similar product, what are the other benefits of a Blackstone vs. using those non-stick sheets you can get for a gas grill?

Thanks for posting. I have a question. Do you combine the fried rice with the meat once the meat is cooked? Then add the sauce as the last step? Thanks!

Not being smart here so I hope I can explain it right. Depends on who I'm cooking for. If it's just me and the wife I will combine the rice and veggies once I have them cooked. Always just sauce the meat by itself. Some people just don't like things mixed together, so I serve them all in separate bowls

Once you get the surface seasoned it becomes just like a great big cast iron pan. It can get to high temps for great searing and still be non-stick. And all it takes to clean is to scrape it down and hit it with some water when you cook with sauces. Then just take a couple drops of oil and apply it to the surface and that's it.

You should be getting a commission. Saw this on here and got interested. Went and looked at them, watched some YouTube stuff. Sold. We’re getting one.
