    New Berkley Big Game Flurocarbon?

Well.....Anybody tried it yet? Berkley Big Game Mono has been a staple for as long as I've been around. Now they're in the Fluoro game. 350 yards for $9.99

Maybe it works great, but at that price point I have serious doubts

I have been Big Game guy also for a long time but have not used that yet. If it’s any good will be hard to keep on shelf’s for that price.

Somebody cut a piece and test if it sinks. Them cut a bigger piece and see if it walks down stairs, alone or in pairs.
Hang on. I'll help you in 77 minutes.

    I’d give it a try. Looks like it is available in 6, 8, 10, 12, 15 & 17 lbs.

Big Game. The line that has the diameter of 20 lbs test but labels itself as 15. Then people think it is great because it is so strong. And full agreement with the slinky comment above. Maybe the FC will be different...

I took a look at diameters. They are big, 10 pound big game flouro is about the same diameter as 14 pound sniper.

Hell not only Big Game but the Trilene 100% is also extremely thick for it’s rating. Their #15 is thicker than Sniper #20

Sniper is one of the thinnest lines for the lb test rating.

Not saying I would use it for light leader material, but surely it will work for flipping and dragging. The price is unbeatable.

.38mm is pretty normal for 15 lb test.
