2017 250 SHO steering arm bushings

I have a Skeeter zx250 and the lower steering arm bushing is very worn. Has anyone replaced those and if so, how difficult is it? How much time did it take? Thanks...

Basically, you have to tear the motor down to the clamp. Power Head has to come off and then disassemble the pan and everything down to the steering arm to replace the bushings. Solid day’s work if you know what you’re doing.

Thanks. Do you know a good place to get this work done? Mechanically, I think I could do it, just don't have the space.

I see you’re local. Call Kenneth at Tx fishing and marine in Granger.

I would recommend brass bushings from Hydrotec over the OEM

Thanks, will give Kenneth a call. Does he have access to the Hydrotec bushings? If not, where is a place to get them?

Doesn’t look like they offer them any longer, based on the website. You could call to verify. Otherwise, check with Nizpro or, go back with stock
