    I was in until I read it had a 750 gallon fuel tank. I just hate spending money on high dollar gas these days

    Worse news: it runs on diesel, or JP-8.

    Hell, JP-8 is cheap today's price $2.17 per gallon.

    Back in my days of fueling it was JP-4. Hated that stuff. Especially when it came to the aircraft requiring overwing fueling

    The KC135 guys at my base listed their alert facility in the real estate classifieds with the local paper. Something like 20 rooms, professional kitchen, spacious living/dining room, security fence, etc. It was kind of humorous to the crews, but the big boys didn’t find it funny because they used the base command post’s phone number.
