I recently bought a 2009 210 elite and the passenger console was not installed. I would like to install it for the misses but not sure what fasteners were used originally.

Call C&O marine in White Bluff TN. and talk to their parts department. They will have the fasteners you are looking for.
My 196 uses 1/4 inch stainless bolts with stainless fender washers and stainless nylon lock nuts. Bolts were 1-1/2" long I believe.
