Another dumb PP Question

First, I appreciate the answers on my Power Pole Charge question.

This past weekend I learned that all my graphs are wired into the same switch that turns on my power poles, rather than the master power switch. I've been through the PP Charge and PP installation manual and don't see anything that requires it to be rigged this way.

I'd like to leave the PP off most of the time and only have them on in shallower, grassier lakes.

Wanted to make sure I wasn't missing something before I started tearing into stuff.

My master power switch turns off everything except for the outboard motor, it's hooked directly to the batter.

Poles should be wired to the master power switch or a seperate switch they should not be wired to the dedicated graph master power switch
