    You installed the heading sensor for the Ghost so that you can jog right or left while in Anchor mode. Lowrance made the Ghost a stand alone with its own heading sensor because the market for the Ghost is more than just people who own Lowrance units and already have a Point 1. Imagine a company selling a product that most of the buying public is not able to use. Wouldn’t be very smart. As for your skepticism, if everything is set up correctly, it functions perfectly as noted by at least 3 in this post!
