2005 champion 2022 225hp sho setup

I have a 19’8” champion 198. Max horse power is 225hp. Heavy boat. 10” jackplate/8’ poles/ 2 36v lithium pro’s/ 24p Yamaha 3blade t-2

Hole shot is great. Top end is barely 70 with the new sho solo and mid 60’s with two people. Hpdi 225hp would push the same setup 71-73mph solo with more lift. And high 60’s with two people.


Need help figuring out how to get my setup to run

So the hole shot is good, the top RPM's are good and the steering is good.....
