Hydrotech in Nixa, MO. Last I check it was somewhere around $600-$900 for the flash. Can get over 300hp!

If you end up with a different prop I would be interested in that 24

Nah it’s got more. The hpdi had it at 73 mph. I’ll figure it out. Just looking for recommendations with this setup.

In theory going up 1” in pitch, will drop your rpm’s and give you a tad more speed, but that’s in theory. I wouldn’t go up 2” though.

Have you adjusted jackplate? What’s prop to pad measure?

Correction. It’s a 25p t-2. Yes I’ve adjusted the jackplate up. I still have plenty of water pressure. But the issue is once I’m loading the boat down with tourney load and another person. It’s not lifting and looking at a 4 blade just hoping for some advice

25 pitch at 6K? A lot of slip?

Your 4-stroke SHO has a different power band compared to your old 2 stroke HPDI. You will need to tinker with some different props & the jack plate height until you find its happy place. I ran 25 t-2 on a 250 SHO that was pushing a 210 elite. I don't remember what the peak rpm's were but I was in the 72-73 mph range with it. You will probably need to drop down to a 24P if staying with a T1-T2 Yamaha prop.
